- Personalized / Customized / POD Products
These products are specially made only after an order is placed.
Examples:
Custom apparel
Print-on-demand products
Personalized items
Designs printed on demand
Because these items cannot be reused or resold:
❌ No Returns
❌ No Refunds
❌ No Exchanges
❌ No Cancellations once printing has started
Exceptions:
You may request a replacement if:
✔ Wrong product received
✔ Wrong size delivered (if size ordered was correct)
✔ Damaged item
✔ Misprint or manufacturing defect
You must report issues with photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery.
- All Other Physical Products (Non-Customized)
These products can be returned or refunded within 5 days if:
✔ Product is unused
✔ In original packaging
✔ Not damaged
✔ All tags intact
✔ With proof of purchase
Return Window: 5 Days
Returns requested after 5 days will not be accepted.
Refund Method
Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after successful inspection.

Digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be revoked.
