Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at LUTSTUD.
This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled depending on the product type.

These items are specially created after an order is placed.

Therefore:

❌ No cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed.
❌ Production cannot be stopped once started.
❌ No refunds for such cancellations.

This includes:

Print-on-demand items

Custom printed designs

Personalized apparel

Any made-to-order products

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, if it has not been shipped yet.

If the order is already dispatched:

Cancellation is not possible

You may request return once delivered (as per 5-day return policy)

Digital downloads (LUTs, presets, wallpapers, graphics) cannot be cancelled or refunded because access is provided instantly.

LUTSTUD may cancel an order if:

Payment fails

Incorrect/incomplete shipping address

Suspected fraud

Operational or stock issues

Full refund will be issued in such cases.

If eligible for cancellation:

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

Refunded to the original payment method
